We tallied the results of a recent PRWeb customer survey. Lots of interesting information was gathered within the mere ten questions asked. The most important questions though, and maybe the most scary to ask, were “How did you find the PRWeb press release submission process?” and “Please rate your overall satisfaction with PRWeb.”
Of the 792 responses (a big thank you to each and every one of you), 95% rated the submission process Easy to Fair (instead of difficult and very difficult) and 92% said they were satisfied or very satisfied with PRWeb.
I know we do good by our customers because they tell us but I never imagined getting that high of an approval rating. Wow. There’s a lot of blushing going on by PRWeb’s great customer service and IT team. Kudos to you all.
