Thank you Zane for your kind words regarding the service you received from PRWeb.
We were recently asked to describe our customer service model. Since we’re around it everyday, it seems so simple and mundane to us but in the process of describing it, we realized it is something that stands out in today’s world. Here’s how we described it:
PRWeb staff receive and return emails and phone calls 24/7. Our editors will answer all questions about and walk people through any of the processes on PRWeb’s site no matter who is calling. Most often, our staff doesn’t know if they are dealing with the CEO of a high-volume agency or a first-time visitor to our site who’s just curious. Either way, they will get a complete and thorough answer. After assisting with setting up a release to go live, editors will punctuate their personal service by mailing a written “Thank You” card.
Thank you Zane for acknowledging our staff. We are very proud of them. They are a tremendously fun bunch to work with. And thank you John at Duct Tape Marketing for directing Conference Calls Unlimited to PRWeb.
And may I say that right up there with “Thank you for thanking me for thanking you,” is “It’s nice to be nice to the nice” (Frank Burns, M*A*S*H).

Your welcome. It was my pleasure, my delight, really. The thank you note made my day. And quite frankly and very honestly, we’ll make use of that idea ourselves moving forward. Your service was very impressive. Congrats to all who put this together. We’ll be back soon.
[...] I know we do good by our customers because they tell us but I never imagined getting that high of an approval rating. Wow. There’s a lot of blushing going on by PRWeb’s great customer service and IT team. Kudos to you all. [...]
